The Fourth Week
Time goes fast and my holiday is
over. All the kids at school wanted to know if my pups were alright and told me
about their holiday before we could get started. Glee and Henbane are doing
fine, but I was worried sick the first time I had to leave. Ashop did her duty
though and everything was perfect when I came back. They start to look like real
dogs now and want to play and get to know everybody else in the household. They
have grown and are not the spindly creatures they once were, but I still keep
them in the crate in my bedroom during most of the day, because I don't dare
leave them in the bench without supervision (all those iron bars).

Can I
get out?

On the floor with Tryfan keeping watch.
He is my best friend and the reason I breed lakies.

Henbane

Glee on the left. She looks
brownish on the photos, in real life her colour is the same as Henbane's. The
vet said it might be because of the medication she had for her pneumonia - I was
thinking maybe one of them will be blue and the other black.

The way they
usually end up.
Next week I'll try to take some pictures of Larousse or
Rune with the little ones. It is very difficult though: I am very careful and
want to keep both hands free to be able to intervene if necessary (I want them
all well socialized, but there is no need to take risks. After all 14 week old
pups can be very boisterous.)
